Global Wellness Tracking and My Inspiration Never Dies have teamed up to provide the Livingston community some well earned support in getting life back after the rigours of lockdown.  Our programs are designed by professionals in Exercise Physiology, Sport Science and Fitness to help you take your time to learn and feel your way back to an active lifestyle.

Professional body composition services every Monday with our Sport Scientist from 7am to 3pm

Slow paced, instructional programs in functional movement and fitness every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10am and 2pm

Chat “well-being” for free with our Exercise Physiologist and get advice on movement, stability, function and fitness every Wednesday between 7am and 3pm
