Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If you need cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Late Cancellations/ No-Shows

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before appointment time will result in a cancellation fee, this will also be the case for any no-shows. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Upon booking your assessment we will require a full payment made by your credit card. Refunds of 50% will be returned to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
